OUR PREPARATION PROCESS
In this initial process, up to 5 different muds are integrated to obtain a mixture that results in a resistant tile of the appropriate size.
The clay is cut in the shape that will be given to the tile by means of special molds
The tile is exposed to the sun so that it is completely dry
The tile is placed in a wood-based oven to achieve a more resistant finish.
The first part of painting is to place a white enamel that serves as a base
In this process, a design is given to the tile by placing each color that is necessary by means of serigraphy screens.
Once the tile is painted, it is placed in the gas-based oven so that the colors and enamel are impregnated in the clay tile.
